How wonderful that the Irish language is still alive and well to preserve and carry us smack dab into the center of this consciousness of togetherness with all of life. Your essay itself takes us there, too -- back home, into the safety and belonging of LIFE. Thank you.

The notion that everything is "ensouled" is delightful. Is it that far a stretch to imagine this? Are we not all made of star stuff? Being of tree-ness in me. When I stand among trees in a forest on a windy hill I feel the tree-soul in me. It's aliveness. At once rooted in the earth, but also reaching for the stars. Human. Hew Man. Hewn, not unlike a tree, out of the soil.

Thank you for this reminder.

Thank you for this beauty-full resonance! As you may know, the Druids met in oak groves and it's been suggested that the the vaulted ceilings of cathedrals were created to resemble forest canopies. I also want to share with you a song I wrote, Flesh and Bones. It speaks directly of what you write about! Check it out on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NexMt_LMy3M OR on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/track/2P4D0J4VVvGjvrOXc8SNSo

GRMA. My heart is full reading this. Thank you for reading, and letting me know. And I love your name, Èolas ---almost like "eolas" which means in Irish "knowledge." :)
